Step into the heart of our plant as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
When production kicks off, you’re the steady hand that keeps the line running. You start your day reviewing the maintenance log, prioritizing a conveyor fault, a hydraulic leak check, and a scheduled PM on a press. By mid-morning, you’ve traced an electrical issue from a sensor back through a control circuit using a schematic, replaced a worn component, and documented the fix. After lunch, you team up with Production to complete an equipment changeover, install an upgrade kit, and recommend a small improvement that shaves minutes off a cycle. Before the shift wraps, you close out work orders, update records, and walk the floor for safety checks—because uptime, reliability, and safety are the game.
