Industrial Maintenance Technician

Aero Aggregates operates manufacturing facilities in Eddystone, PA; Dunnellon, FL; and Modesto, CA.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eddystone, PA, for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Key tasks will include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components, maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and complying with safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with team members to minimize equipment downtime.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues
• Excellent understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to on-call responsibilities
• Experience in welding, fabrication, or machining is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are advantageous
