Schedule: MondayThursday: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM 10:00 AM

What Youll Do

As a Industrial Maintenance Technician, youll play a key role in supporting our campus facilities. Your responsibilities may include:

Performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facilities and tank farm equipment.
Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, machinery, and transportation equipment.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to complete maintenance and repairs.
Performing basic welding and fabrication as needed for repairs or modifications.
Following all safety procedures and contributing to a strong safety culture.

What Were Looking For

Experienced, hands-on professionals who bring a strong mechanical background to maintenance.

Core Skills & Experience:

Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair
Strong mechanical knowledge including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, pumps and pump motors
Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, including AC/DC systems, motors, control circuits
Familiarity with preventive and predicative maintenance practices
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics

Technical & Diagnostic Strengths:

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) experience

Tools, Fabrication, & Equipment:

Proficient with hand and power tools
Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, alignment tools)
Welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, stick, Mill and Lathe experience)
Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, rigging, and forklifts
