Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, and plumbing repairs, painting and prep, lift station repairs,
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience with electrical systems, including high voltage.
- Knowledge of welding techniques for minor repairs.
