We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment within manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth operations through proactive troubleshooting and repairs. Your expertise will help keep production lines running efficiently and safely, supporting our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance logs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems utilizing precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters.
• Repair and replace components in industrial machinery, including welding, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and high voltage electrical systems.
• Use Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose control system issues and implement necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness through proactive analysis skills. Skills
• Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control system diagrams.
• Skilled in troubleshooting low voltage and high voltage electrical systems with tools like ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding techniques (including TIG welding), and the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and performing analysis to identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Background in industrial electrician work or industrial mechanic experience is highly desirable.
• Military experience related to technical maintenance or field service is a plus.
