Industrial Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair die casting machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective corrective repairs
- Assist production teams in minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining production schedules
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Support safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred.

Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Hydraulic systems and repair, Pneumatic systems, and AC/DC motor repair.

Familiarity with CNC and PLC systems is a plus.

Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Welding and basic fabrication skills preferred.

Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Willingness to work overtime and be on call for emergency repairs if needed.
