Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability across our operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to support our team with their technical expertise in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Perform facility repairs as necessary; painting, concrete work, light fixtures, plumbing
• Install, inspect, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedules and standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in an industrial or manufacturing facility as a maintenance technician or industrial mechanic.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately.
