Industrial Male Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Male Nurse to provide onsite medical support for an industrial/project setting in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering primary healthcare services, managing workplace injuries, and promoting occupational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the project/site.
• Assess and manage work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Coordinate with hospitals/clinics for referrals and emergency transfers when required.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and treatment logs.
• Monitor employees with chronic conditions and follow up on medical cases.
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
• Support health awareness programs and toolbox talks on occupational health and safety.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and company HSE policies.
• Participate in emergency drills and site safety meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and employee information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as an Industrial/Site Nurse.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility (DOH / MOH / DHA).
• Valid BLS and/or ACLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies independently.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial site conditions.
• Willing to stay in labour camp accommodation.
• Willing to work a 12-hour duty schedule.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
