Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Technician – Now Hiring

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Mechanic to lead our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Install and align motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and other machinery
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement solutions quickly
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Document repairs and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• Experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar role
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls, sensors, etc.)
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in general computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

Preferred (but not required):

• Industrial maintenance certification or apprenticeship
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding or fabrication skills
