Location: Fargo, ND (travel required)
Job Type: Full‑time (40+ hours/week)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial/Municipal Coating Applicator to join our Coating Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results. This position involves working on various underground municipal sites, performing sandblasting and applying high‑performance coatings. Travel throughout North Dakota—including overnights—is required. Occasional weekend work may be necessary.

Pay is based on experience, and all benefits will be negotiated. A drug test is required.

Responsibilities

• Work in municipal water and sewer environments
• Assist with preparing and applying high‑performance coatings according to specifications
• Perform sandblasting and surface preparation
• Maintain quality control throughout rehabilitation/installation processes
• Support construction site activities to ensure workflow and efficiency
• Read and interpret basic schematics
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
• Assist with project tracking and reporting when needed
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all on‑site safety protocols

Skills

• Understanding of quality control requirements for high‑performance coatings
• Familiarity with construction management practices
• Ability to manage tasks effectively within a team environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Sandblasting experience
• Ability to travel and work overnight as needed
