Overview
Established in 1956, The Vince Hagan Company was the first patented mobile concrete plant batch and continues today with the patented horizontal spiral blade mixer. Vince Hagan designs and manufactures all types of plants including portable dry concrete batch plants, stationary dry concrete batch plants, central mix plants, paving plants, dust collectors, reclaim and conveying systems. We provide one-stop shopping which assures proper interface of all equipment.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
• Operate airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to apply coatings accurately and efficiently
• Use precision measuring instruments and basic math skills to ensure proper dimensions and coating thicknesses
• Handle materials safely using forklifts, cranes, or other lifting equipment to transport supplies and finished products
• Perform touch-ups, auto body repairs, or fabrication tasks as needed to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members on assembly, machining, or welding tasks related to painting projects

Skills

• Must understand and apply paint mixing requirements for 2K paints. Must have experience with Graco paint system.
• Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes, fabrication, machining, auto body repair, and welding
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, power tools, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Familiarity with materials handling procedures within warehouse or manufacturing settings
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and understanding basic math for accurate application of coatings
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
• Strong understanding of safety standards relevant to industrial painting environments
