Role:

The Industrial Planning Analyst is instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of Card Kingdom business through meticulous analysis and forecasting. This role will delve into data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the execution of the Document Management System for Standard Operating Procedures
  • Process auditing
  • Time & motion studies
  • Labor standard development
  • Labor model planning
  • Volume-based capacity planning for card operations
  • Headcount and shift planning
  • Warehouse Layout Recommendations for Process Flow
  • Ad hoc business analysis

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Experience with SQL (DDL)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Familiar with utilizing WMS
  • Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis
  • SOP documentation and process auditing
  • Operational awareness
  • Ad Hoc data and business analysis
  • Cross-functional coordination

Location / Work Schedule

  • Monroe (minimum of three days a week in office)

Job Type / Salary

  • Full Time
  • Non-exempt: $75,300 - $85,500 per year depending on qualifications and experience
