Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize vendor portals & CRMs to submit purchase orders integral to the Compressed Air division.
  • Coordinate and organize shipments utilizing LTL, FTL, and parcel carriers between vendors and end user sites.
  • Engage with vendors to confirm accurate pricing, lead-time, and availability.
  • Maintain and proactively manage Air Compressor inventory through serial number checks, inventory counts, and stock order submissions.
  • Complete machine invoices utilizing our CRM.
  • Support the Outside Sales Engineering team by assisting in providing internal reports.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and walk-in customers regarding air compressors and related accessories as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Compressed Air services, products, and applications.

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solution-selling mindset; solid teamwork skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
  • Strong goal orientation and desire to pursue a career working with internal and external customers.
  • Previous internship and leadership experience are a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
