Job Description: Industrial Refrigeration Draftsman

Position Summary

• Position Type: Full-time employment
• Location: Riyadh KSA / MENA Region
• Department: Technical
• SALARY : SAR8000 - SAR 9000 PERMONTH
• Reporting Line: Reports technically to the Technical Manager and administratively to the Country General Manager
• ** IMPORTANT : CANDIDATES WITH INDUSTRIAL REFREGRATION EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFFERED. **

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Engineering Drafting & 3D Modeling
• Prepare detailed Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and plant instrumentation drawings.

2. Design Review & Technical Execution

• Analyze and decipher rough sketches, engineering concepts, and client specifications to transform them into highly detailed technical designs.
• Ensure all drawings incorporate complete technical details, dimensional accuracy, and structural specifications.

3. Data Management & Compliance

• Maintain, organize, and securely store soft copies of all design iterations and final blueprints within the company's engineering database.
• Execute additional technical or administrative tasks as assigned by the Direct Line Manager to support project timelines.

### Profile & QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Education: Engineering Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Draftsmanship (or a closely related technical field).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in draftsman roles, ideally within industrial refrigeration, heavy piping, or HVAC sectors.

• Technical Comprehension: Exceptional ability to interpret rough engineering sketches, conceptual diagrams, and technical briefs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong observation and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and eliminate design clashes.
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to submit high-quality work punctually under tight project deadlines.
• Collaboration & Execution: Excellent team player who collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary engineering groups and follows project directives closely.
• Develop comprehensive 3D models and drawings for industrial refrigeration plant rooms and complex valve stations.
• Create precise fabrication drawings for specialized equipment, including pressure vessels, storage tanks, and related components.
• Design efficient cold store layouts and structural ducting layouts.
