Industrial Renewable Energy Sales Manager

About the Role

Feroze Power is seeking a high-performance Industrial Sales Manager to lead the acquisition of multi-megawatt renewable energy projects across solar, wind, battery storage, and hybrid systems.

This role focuses on industrial clients including factories, textile mills, manufacturing plants, commercial facilities, and institutional energy users.

This is a relationship-driven, high-ticket B2B sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop industrial energy infrastructure opportunities
  • Build relationships with factory owners, CFOs, and plant managers
  • Conduct site visits and preliminary client qualification
  • Coordinate with engineering team for technical proposals
  • Present commercial and financial models to decision-makers
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Achieve defined MW sales targets

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–7+ years experience in industrial or infrastructure sales
  • Experience selling high-ticket B2B solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Existing network in manufacturing / industrial sector preferred
  • Comfortable handling 3–6 month sales cycles
  • Strong commercial understanding (ROI, payback models)

Renewable energy experience is preferred but not mandatory if strong industrial sales background exists.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Commission: Percentage of project value
Performance Bonus for MW-based targets

High earning potential for serious performers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
