Salary: QAR 17,500 Monthly

Fookin Engineering is seeking a highly organized and analytical Industrial Site Health & Safety Budget Controller to join our team in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety-related budgets, monitoring project expenditures, and supporting compliance and operational efficiency across industrial site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor health and safety budgets for industrial site operations
• Track project expenses related to safety equipment, training, and compliance programs
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analysis for management
• Coordinate with HSE, finance, procurement, and project teams regarding budget planning
• Ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively across site operations
• Review invoices, purchase requests, and expense reports related to HSE activities
• Monitor compliance with company financial policies and safety regulations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising workplace safety standards
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial and safety documentation
• Assist in planning budgets for future industrial and safety projects
• Analyze operational spending and prepare recommendations for budget improvements
• Maintain records of site safety expenditures and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in budget control, financial analysis, or industrial project coordination
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) operations in industrial environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure industrial environments and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Qatar industrial and safety regulations is an advantage
• Experience in oil & gas, engineering, or construction industries is preferred
• Professional certifications related to finance or HSE are a plus

Pay: QAR17,500.00 per month
