Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage steam turbine projects from design to commissioning and also control the cost and profit of the project.
- Provide technical expertise in Project management ,engineering, installation, and automation integration.
- Drive cost optimization strategies and ensure project profitability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- Leadership & People Management: Ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams.
- Technical Expertise:
o Thorough knowledge of steam turbine engineering and commissioning.
o Familiarity with automation systems and process control.
- Experience with Multiple Turbine Types: Condensing, back-pressure, extraction, etc.
- Cost Optimization: Proven ability to implement efficiency improvements.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or I&C engineering
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in control system steam turbine engineering and commissioning.
- Exposure to digitalization and advanced automation technologies.
