Infant and Preschool 2-3's Lead Teachers

Early Connections Childcare is seeking two exceptional Lead Teachers to join our founding team:

  • Infant Lead Teacher
  • Young Preschool Lead Teacher

We are building a warm, thoughtful, high standard early learning program from the ground up and are looking for educators who want to be part of something meaningful from the very beginning.

At Early Connections, we believe the earliest years deserve the highest standard. Our classrooms are intentionally designed to feel calm, nurturing, and beautifully prepared, with a strong emphasis on connection, emotional well being, independence, play based learning, and meaningful early childhood experiences.

We are looking for Lead Teachers who bring both strong classroom leadership and genuine heart. The right candidates are warm, dependable, emotionally attuned, organized, and take pride in creating classrooms where children feel safe, engaged, and truly cared for.

Pay
$21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading a classroom in a childcare, preschool, or early learning setting preferred
  • Strong classroom management and daily routine implementation
  • Warm, nurturing, and emotionally responsive approach with children
  • Professional, dependable, and team oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for creating engaging, high quality classroom environments

We are seeking educators who care deeply about the work they do and want to be part of a team that values quality, warmth, professionalism, and intentional care.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Proven background in education administration with experience managing early childhood programs or similar settings.
  • Strong teaching skills with a passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively while maintaining a focus on quality education standards.
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements, health & safety regulations, and best practices in child development.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, families and community partners.
