At Camden Academy, we are looking for a nurturing, dependable, and energetic Infant Assistant Teacher who is passionate about working with our youngest learners.

As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you will:

• Follow all state licensing guidelines and Camden Academy standards to ensure the safety and well-being of every child
• Support the lead teacher in providing attentive, responsive care to infants
• Observe and assist in tracking developmental milestones and daily activities
• Communicate professionally and effectively with families
• Participate in ongoing training focused on child development and best practices
• Help implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in a warm and stimulating environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Has experience in a licensed childcare setting or related field (preferred)
• Meets all state and center requirements for employment
• Is able to work both indoors and outdoors and actively engage with children
• Is reliable and able to work a consistent 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
