Key Responsibilities:
1. Infant Care & Supervision
1. Infant Care & Supervision
- Ensure constant supervision and safety of all infants
- Feed infants (bottles, solids as appropriate) following schedules and parent instructions
- Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
- Follow safe sleep practices
2. Support Development & Learning
- Assist with age-appropriate activities (tummy time, sensory play, music, reading)
- Encourage motor skills, language development, and social interaction
- Comfort and soothe infants as needed
3. Classroom Support
- Help prepare and clean activity areas
- Sanitize toys, bottles, and surfaces regularly
- Organize supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment
4. Communication
- Share daily updates with parents (feeding, naps, diaper changes, mood)
- Work closely with the lead teacher to follow lesson plans and routines
5. Health & Safety
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations
- Monitor infants for signs of illness or distress
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
