Infant Assistant Teacher (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Are you passionate about caring for infants and creating a warm, nurturing environment where little ones can thrive? We are looking for a dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team!

This position offers flexibility and may be scheduled as:

• Part-Time: Tuesday–Thursday 9 am - 6 pm
• Full-Time: Monday–Friday 9 am - 6 pm

What You’ll Do

• Support the Lead Teacher in providing high-quality care for infants
• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and daily routines
• Engage infants through play, sensory activities, and age-appropriate interactions
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for working with infants
• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow licensing guidelines and center policies
• Previous childcare experience preferred (but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!)
