A private family in Daytona, FL is seeking an experienced and dedicated Infant Care Nanny to join their team. This role involves working in tandem with another nanny, rotating 8–12 hour day or night shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Responsibilities include attentive care for the infant (approximately 3 months old at the start of the role), maintaining structured feeding and sleep routines, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, and supporting a safe, nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate is local to the area, has strong infant care experience, is adaptable to a rotating schedule, and works well as part of a team. The family values professionalism, reliability, and clear communication. This position offers long-term potential for the right candidate.

Schedule: Rotating 8–12 hour shifts (day or night), coordinated with a second nanny

Duration: Long-term opportunity

Compensation: Starting at $45/hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
