Infant Childcare Center Afternoon Teacher

BunnyBears Infant & Toddler Center is looking for a motivated, reliable, and heart-centered educator to join our Reggio Emilia-inspired community. If you have a deep passion for child development and thrive in a fast-paced, intentional environment, we would love to meet you.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Closing Shift)

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an educator who understands that the infant and toddler years are a time of profound discovery. Our ideal candidate is:

• Reliable & Punctual: Commitment to the 12:00–6:00 p.m. shift is essential for our families and team.
• A Fast Learner: Able to adapt to the rhythm of a fast-paced infant environment while maintaining a calm, Reggio-inspired presence.
• Flexible: Willing to step in as a substitute teacher when needed to support the school community.
• Coachability: Eager to take direction and collaborate with lead educators to maintain our high standards of care.

Requirements:

California State Requirements:

• Criminal record background clearance (Livescan).
• Health screening report including TB test and required immunizations.

BunnyBears Requirements:

• 12 Child Development (CD/ECE) Units (Must include at least one Infant/Toddler specific course).
• Group Care experience
• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Genuine passion for working with infants and toddlers ages 3monnths-36 months
