Job Overview
Families in the Germantown/Columbia County area need nanny/babysitter for two infants, ages 3 and 4 months from around December 1st 2026-March/April of 2027. Families prefer a provider that can care for the children in their own home, but are open to a provider who will come to their home. Pay varies ($25-$45/hour) by experience and schedule (some days the provider will have one infant, some days both.) Provider must be within a reasonable distance from this location.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care tailored to infants’ and toddlers’ individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote development, learning, and social skills
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and play areas
- Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols to ensure children’s well-being
- Support children with preschool routines, nap schedules, and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or observations
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children in caregiving roles such as nannying, babysitting, or daycare settings
- Certification in CPR and First Aid from recognized organizations
- Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities confidently while maintaining patience and compassion
- Strong references, at least 3

This opportunity is through a childcare agency. Any eligible candidates will also be eligible to work with the agency on an ongoing basis with other families/contracts.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
