Infant Room Assistant Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Infant Room Assistant Lead Teacher to support the daily operations of our infant classroom. This role works closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
• Provide attentive, responsive care to meet each infant’s individual needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Support feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
• Step into a leadership role when the Lead Teacher is absent

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to obtain state required certifications and maintain
