Join our early childhood education team as an Infant Teacher, where your passion for nurturing and educating the youngest learners will make a lasting impact. Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Monitor and document each infant’s progress, adjusting care plans to meet individual needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
  • Collaborate with families to share updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and sanitation standards
  • Support infants during feeding, diapering, nap times, and other daily routines with patience and professionalism

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development OR 30 college credit hours (6 credit hours must be in Early Childhood or Child Development) OR CDA
  • Strong work ethic
