<Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional growth for infants.
- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, comfort, and stimulation in a nurturing classroom setting.
- Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
- Plan and execute lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles, physical education, and hands-on activities to promote holistic development.
- Utilize behavior management strategies to guide children’s social interactions and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with colleagues on individualized early intervention plans for children requiring additional support or special education services.
- Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and classroom activities to ensure a strong partnership in child welfare.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting, specifically with infants or toddlers.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention practices, and classroom management techniques.
- Familiarity with curriculum development that includes literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori methods tailored for infants.
- Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate physical activity and developmental milestones.
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; relevant coursework in childhood development is a plus.
