Infant Teacher

Four Seasons ELA is a vibrant and nurturing Reggio inspired Preschool committed to providing a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young children. We focus on fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based and age-appropriate activities.

We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team for our Infant classroom. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff and parents. Full-Time and Afternoon positions are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where infants feel secure and loved.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Monitor and document each child’s progress, ensuring personalized care and attention.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child’s day and milestones.
• Change diapers & Keep children clean .
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Maintain open lines of communication between the classrooms and the administrative office.
• Ensure Licensing, Local and School rules and policies are properly followed.

Qualifications:

• Must love children, be friendly, outgoing, reliable and have a positive attitude.
• Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of infant development and care.
• Patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow guidelines/policies and multi-task.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
