Roots Learning Center is a warm, supportive, and high-quality early childhood program where both children and teachers thrive. We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team and help create a nurturing environment for our youngest learners.

What You’ll Do

• Provide loving, attentive care for infants (6 weeks–15 months)
• Create a calm, engaging environment where babies can grow and explore
• Follow daily routines (feeding, diapering, naps, play)
• Build strong, positive relationships with families
• Work as part of a supportive team to plan simple, developmentally appropriate activities
• Keep your classroom clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with infants (childcare or related setting preferred)
• EEC certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Infant CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Someone who is:
• Patient and nurturing
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Positive and easy to communicate with

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
