What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and developmental growth
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
• Encourage sensory exploration, creativity, movement, and early learning through play
• Maintain positive daily communication with families
• Document children’s learning through photos, displays, and classroom materials
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive and supportive team environment
• Post and maintain weekly lesson plans consistent with Discovery Kidzone philosophy

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred
• AA in Early Childhood Education preferred, or willingness to obtain a CDA within 6 months
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to pass FBI, DOJ, and Child Abuse background checks
• Reliable, nurturing, and patient personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for Early Childhood Education and child development
• Creative, energetic, and eager to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay is determined by education and experience
