Infant Teacher

Position: Infant Lead Teacher (6 weeks – 12 months)
Pay: $19.29 - $20.50/hr

BONUS: $1500 SIGNING BONUS!
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7 AM - 6 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months)
• Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
• Implement curriculum and support developmental milestones through sensory activities, tummy time, and interactive play
• Maintain accurate records of daily care logs using The Goddard Family App
• Communicate with families about their child’s day and progress
• Keep the classroom clean, sanitized, and organized

What You Need:

• 1+ year of experience working with infants in a childcare setting (preferred)
• Passion for caring for babies and supporting their early development
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and sit/kneel on the floor for playtime
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
