Responsibilities

- Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and social skills among young children.
- Plan engaging lessons that incorporate Montessori principles and standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, specialists in special education, and early intervention providers to support each child's unique needs.
- Maintain detailed records of each child's growth, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with childcare standards.
- Promote child welfare by creating an inclusive environment that respects diversity and encourages curiosity, exploration, and physical activity.
Requirements
- Proven classroom experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or private schools.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, tutoring, and teaching physical education tailored for young children.
- Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, literacy education strategies, and Montessori methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Ability to implement standardized testing procedures to assess developmental progress accurately.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
