Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Infant teacher to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants or preschool-aged children.
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and participate in special events, parent-teacher conferences, and other school activities.
  • Adhere to state licensing regulations and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (for preschool teachers).
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent (for infant teachers).
  • Previous experience working with infants or preschool-aged children in a childcare or preschool setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
