Are you a natural nurturer with a passion for the earliest stages of development? Joyous Montessori Keller is looking for dedicated Full-Time caregivers to join our Infant and Toddler teams!

From the first steps to the first words, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years.

What You’ll Do

• Nurture & Guide: Provide a safe, loving environment for infants and toddlers to explore.
• Daily Care: Maintain the highest standards of care, including diapering, feeding, and keeping classrooms sparkling clean.
• Communicate: Partner with parents and teammates to ensure every child thrives.
• Grow: Participate in specialized training to build your career in the childcare industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience working with young children (especially under age 3).
• Attitude: A joyful, "can-do" spirit and a genuine love for early childhood.
• Clearance: Ability to pass all state-mandated background checks and fingerprinting.
• Reliability: Our doors are open from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and we need a team that is ready to show up for our families.
