Infant & Toddler Lead teacher

Now Hiring: Early Education Teachers (Infant & Toddler)

We are seeking passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Early Education Teachers to join our team! If you are energetic, attentive to detail, and committed to supporting young children’s growth through play-based learning, we would love to meet you.

Infant Teacher (3 Months – 12 Months)

Ratio: 4:1

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in infant care within a licensed child care center
  • Strong understanding of infant development and individual scheduling
  • Loving, nurturing, attentive to detail
  • Energetic, playful, and patient

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care based on each infant’s unique schedule and developmental needs
  • Plan and implement engaging, hands-on, play-based learning experiences
  • Support cognitive, language, and physical development through:
  • Music & movement
  • Creative art
  • Story time
  • Finger plays
  • Manage daily classroom activities and routines
  • Maintain accurate records and stay up to date using ProCare
  • Communicate daily with families regarding progress, goals, and milestone achievements

Toddler Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom)

Ratio: 5:1

Qualifications:

  • DELC Central Background Registry- must have an active R#.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a licensed child care center
  • Nurturing, engaging, and patient
  • Able to provide loving, consistent, and safe boundaries
  • Strong classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, structured learning environment where children can confidently explore
  • Lead curriculum through hands-on, play-based learning
  • Implement teacher-led activities including:
  • Creative art
  • Small group instruction
  • Large group activities
  • Music & movement
  • Fine and gross motor skill development
  • Foster social-emotional growth while encouraging independence
  • Maintain classroom organization and daily communication with families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
