We are seeking passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Lead Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team! As an Infant Toddler Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing, educating, and caring for our youngest learners. Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and foster curiosity.
Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being at all times.
Engage children through interactive activities that support social skills, language development, motor skills, and cognitive growth.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning while adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and build strong relationships that support each child's unique needs.
Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety protocols related to childcare, early childhood education, and special needs accommodations when applicable.
Requirements
Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or classroom environments.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant and toddler care.
Certification or training in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.
Strong classroom management skills combined with excellent behavior management techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members in a lively, positive manner.

Requirements (Must have one):
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education
Currently enrolled in an Associate's Degree program for Early Childhood Education with 9 credits in E.C.E. completed (with plan to complete within 2 years)
At least five years of teaching or child care experience
