Infant & Toddler Specialist

Job Description

Must hold Infant Toddler Credential level 5, Erikson Institute infant/toddler certificate or equivalent.

* Engages with 0-3 staff in a mentoring capacity.

* Holds a minimum of monthly individual meetings with lead staff.

* Observes in classroom and provides feedback and support.`

* Engages with all PI teaching staff around reflective practice and facilitates the implementation of quality indicators/practices for infants and toddlers in group care.
