We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Infant & Toddler Teacher who understands that nurturing care, responsive relationships, and intentional play lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. This position will serve both our Temecula and Murrieta locations, with the employee designated to support and work at both campuses as needed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Child Development & Classroom Practices
-
Provide nurturing, responsive, and individualized care for infants and toddlers
-
Build secure attachments through consistent, relationship-based caregiving
-
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum
-
Support sensory, fine motor, gross motor, language, and social-emotional development
-
Maintain predictable routines while adapting to individual child needs
-
Conduct ongoing observations and document developmental milestones
-
Complete DRDP assessments (as applicable)
Health, Safety & Supervision
-
Maintain constant active supervision of children at all times
-
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
-
Follow all health and sanitation procedures, including diapering and feeding protocols
-
Respond appropriately to children’s physical and emotional needs
-
Maintain compliance with California Title 22 regulations and licensing standards

Implement emergency procedures as needed
Family Partnerships

Communicate daily with families regarding routines, milestones, and developmental progress

Support family goals and cultural practices within the classroom

Participate in parent conferences and program events
Professional Responsibilities

Collaborate with teaching team and leadership

Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions

Maintain required documentation and classroom records

Uphold confidentiality and professional standards

Support both Temecula and Murrieta campuses as assigned
