Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, dependable Teaching Assistants to support our Infant and Toddler classrooms. The ideal candidates are nurturing, patient, and passionate about early childhood development, providing a safe and loving environment where young children can grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Teacher in caring for infants and toddlers
  • Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime
  • Help create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
  • Observe and support children’s developmental milestones
  • Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Communicate positively with teachers and families

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associates Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development
  • Accepted: Current CDA or Experience working with infants and toddlers, accompanied by coursework or training with infant/toddler content, a degree in a related field, training with infant and toddler content
  • Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift, carry, and care for young children

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Infant and /or Toddler care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
