Infant/Toddler Float Teacher

We are seeking two Full time Teachers for our Infants and Toddlers to join our team! We are a rewarding, fun, and fast-paced childcare center. It is our goal to create a work family that inspires not only our children but each other so we can enjoy every day!

As an Infant/Ones Floating Teacher, you will work predominately with infants, one year old's, and some very young two year old's. You are responsible for implementing the provided curriculum and learning standards in your classroom while also creating a loving bond with your children! You should perform age appropriate activities and form relationships with your children. All levels of experience are welcome! We help to get you started in this career field. If you have your CDA or staff credential your pay rate will be increased.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct infant and toddler children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Perform developmentally appropriate activities in the classroom
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and co-workers
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields is a plus
• Passionate about working with children is a must!
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You must be able to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and complete the State mandated training classes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Part time schedule would be 9:30 - 5:45 Monday - Friday.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, with increased pay based on Education and Experience.
