Infant/Toddler Lead Child Care Teacher

Lakeside Academy is hiring for the Infant/Toddler Lead Childcare Teacher position! We are a high quality childcare center that serves children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old in the Hartland Lakeside School District! This position is full-time, year-round.

Responsibilities:

• Work with several co-teachers to create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate with Parents on a daily basis, in a variety of ways, including the use of Brightwheel
• Establish and maintain classroom routines and schedules that meet the needs of all children throughout the day, in a developmentally appropriate way
• Establish positive relationships with all children, families, and co-teachers
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students
• Follow all Licensing Standards
• Work with all Lakeside Academy Staff towards the attainment of a 5 Star Rating with YoungStar
• Attend 1 staff meeting per month
• Participate in family events throughout the year

Experience/Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a child care setting (Preferred)
• Minimum Level 12 on the WI Child Care Registry
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in ECE (Prefered)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
