Job Overview
We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and energetic Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years.
- Provide attentive, responsive care to infants and toddlers throughout the day
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
- Monitor and document children’s development, routines, and progress
- Communicate daily with parents regarding their child’s care and development
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and nap routines
- Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Must pass background checks and clearances
- Prior experience working with infants/toddlers or similar settings is highly desirable but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, and move comfortably with young children
- Certifications such as First Aid are preferred but can be provided upon hiring
- Required background checks and clearances
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and caring demeanor
- Must obtain an up-to-date health screening and tuberculosis test as required by state regulations

Pay and Hours
- Starts at $12.50 and goes up with experience, advance schooling, degrees, or teaching certifications.
- Full time open availability between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm
- Part time 12:00 pm-5:30 pm
