Join our vibrant team as an Infant/Toddler/Preschool Floater, where you will play a crucial role in nurturing and supporting the growth of young children! In this dynamic position, you will provide essential care and educational support across various classrooms, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a love for learning and development in our youngest learners.
What you’ll do
- Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and learning.
- Support classroom teachers by stepping into various roles as needed, maintaining continuity of care.
- Engage with children through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom & common spaces (both indoors and out) to create inviting learning environments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights on best practices in early childhood education.
Basic qualifications
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles to support age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Able to work 7:30-5:00 Monday - Friday.
- Be at least 18 years old
Preferred qualifications
- Background in preschool education or daycare settings that enhances your ability to connect with young learners.
- Skills in classroom management that promote effective learning atmospheres.
- Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter is highly valued for this role.

Additional Information:
- We are a mostly outdoor program, spending 5-7 hours each day in our outdoor environment.
- We are fully enrolled with a waiting list and are unable to accept staff children at this time.
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
