Infant/Toddler/Preschool Lead Teacher

Candidates must have an EEC Preschool Teacher/ Toddler Certification. The availability to work a mix of both early and late shifts on a consistent weekly schedule (hours between 7:30-5:00) is required. Candidates should be positive, genuine and gentle in their guidance practices in the field of Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and dressing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Guide children in positive behavior and conflict resolution
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress and daily activities
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• MA EEC Teaching Certification (Required) and a degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred).
• Experience working with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, is required.
• Physically Fit and able to lift up to 70 pounds to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Clear Criminal Record (must pass background check).
• A warm, approachable demeanor with a passion for creating a positive, nurturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
