Early Childhood Educator

About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic teacher with strong communication and caregiving skills, a solid understanding of child development, and an interest in observing and documenting children’s growth and behavior.

The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a team, is open to taking on classroom responsibilities and daily tasks, and thrives in an active, engaging environment. This position involves caring for and supervising children ages 0–5 years (infants, toddlers, and preschoolers). Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with young children
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, within our hours of operation (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Minimum of 6 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Human Development (HDE), or Child Development (working toward 12 units)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation:
Hourly rate is based on experience and education.
