Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Hyderabad, for an Infection Control Nurse. The Infection Control Nurse will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring infection prevention and control (IPC) programs. Responsibilities include conducting staff training, ensuring compliance with infection control policies, analyzing infection data, conducting audits, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote safe practices. This role is critical to ensuring patient and staff safety through effective infection control measures.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of infection control practices, procedures, and guidelines
• Skills in conducting staff training, monitoring compliance, and implementing protocols
• Experience in data analysis, conducting audits, and generating reports related to infection control
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• RN (Registered Nurse) certification with a focus on infection control or equivalent qualification
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with hospital environments and relevant medical equipment
