Infection Control Nurse @ SRV Rajebadur Hospital- Nashik

• Infection Prevention & Surveillance
• Conduct daily rounds in patient care areas to monitor infection control practices.
• Identify, investigate, and report hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
• Collect, analyze, and maintain infection data for surveillance reports.
• Policy Implementation & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, standard precautions, and biomedical waste management.
• Monitor sterilization and disinfection procedures across departments.
• Participate in audits to ensure NABH/JCI compliance.
• Training & Awareness
• Conduct regular training and orientation sessions for healthcare workers on hand hygiene, PPE usage, and infection control practices.
• Create awareness campaigns for staff, patients, and attendants regarding infection prevention.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with the Infection Control Committee and support root cause analysis for infection outbreaks.
• Report infection trends, needle stick injuries, and antimicrobial resistance to the Infection Control Officer.
• Coordinate with microbiology/lab for culture reports and infection data.
• Emergency Preparedness
• Participate in outbreak investigation, containment, and control measures.
• Ensure preparedness for managing infectious diseases, epidemics, and pandemics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
