We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to help lead our infection prevention efforts, support employee health initiatives, and promote meaningful learning and development throughout our organization. This full-time role is vital to ensuring a safe, healthy environment where both patients and staff can thrive.

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Coordinate infection prevention strategies that enhance patient safety

• Support and monitor employee health programs

• Lead staff education and training initiatives

• Champion regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Kansas

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care or healthcare experience

• Strong knowledge of infection prevention principles, employee health practices, and adult learning concepts

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in infection prevention, employee health, quality, or staff education
