Infectious Disease Specialist

Overview:

Infectious Diseases Associates, P.C. seeks a board certified/board eligible Infectious Diseases physician to join our dynamic and diverse team of 9 board certified providers and a nurse practitioner. We are a long standing, private practice in the tri-county area, proudly serving the community since 1984. Our group is the on-staff Infectious Diseases physicians for 8 area hospitals in Northeast Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County. Additionally, we have a robust outpatient clinic. Our dedicated and highly trained physicians work closely with our hospitals to develop antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient rounding and weekly outpatient clinic
• Active involvement in medical student and resident education
• Infrequent weekly/weekend call shifts

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board certified or board eligible in Infectious Diseases
• Completed an accredited ID Fellowship
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and DEA
• Satisfactory report from the NPDB
