Job Overview
Criswell Infiniti of Annapolis is seeking motivated and skilled Infiniti Technicians to join our dynamic automotive service team. We are a family owned business selling and servicing Acua's and Audi's since 1991. In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on Infiniti vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties

• Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized tools and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and brake inspections to keep vehicles running smoothly.
• Repair or replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical systems with precision and care.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced, documenting diagnostics, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders while providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background with a focus on Infiniti or luxury vehicles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on mechanic experience in diagnosing complex automotive issues.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics tools and software for accurate troubleshooting.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, wheel alignment, and general repairs.
• Ability to lift heavy components safely during maintenance tasks; physical stamina is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
